Christel Berghäll

I am a Master Certified Executive Coach (MCC), senior team coach, and transformational leadership advisor, working at the intersection of people, business, and organizational change.

For more than 20 years, I have worked internationally across senior leadership roles, consulting, coaching, and entrepreneurship. Throughout this journey, my work has focused on supporting leaders, teams, and organizations in navigating complexity, transformation, and change—in a human-centered way.

I have held senior international roles in both HR and business leadership, including positions at Nokia, Amer Sports, YIT, the Center for Creative Leadership, and Mercer. Today, I serve as Head of Talent & Transformation for Mercer Nordics, alongside my own executive coaching practice. I am also Senior Faculty at Aalto Executive Education and an Executive Coach with London Business School.

I partner with organizations across the private and public sectors in strategy renewal, cultural and organizational transformation, and leadership capability development. At the heart of my work is a systemic, human-centered approach to change, supporting leaders and employees alike in developing leadership, self-leadership, and change leadership capabilities.

Having lived and worked in Finland, Germany, Spain, and China, and having acted as a leadership expert in Africa for more than a decade, I bring a strong cross-cultural and global perspective to leadership and transformation.

I work in English, Swedish, and Finnish, and also converse in French.
